Since we’re all jumpin’ the gun here on fall decor/drinks/EVERYTHING - I figured I would too! Sharing my favorite fall healthier drinks I have found so far below! :)

Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte
x 2 pumps pumpkin
x nonfat w/ no whip
PUMPKIN CHAI - 110 calories
x Ask for a grande ice chai tea latte
x half pump of pumpkin
x 1 pump of chai concentrate
x subsitute regular milk for almond milk
ICED SALTED CARMEL MOCHA - 75 calories
x Grande Cold Brew
x 1 pump sugar free vanilla
x 1.5 pumps toffee nut
x 1 pump skinny mocha
x light cream
SALTED CARAMEL MOCHA - 100 calories
X Tall Blonde Americano in a grande cup
x 1 pump of toffee nut
x 1 pump of mocha
x half, steamed almond milk
x add 1-2 stevia packets on your own
PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE - 90 calories
x Ask for a Tall Blonde Americano in a grande cup
x 1 pump pumpkin sauce
x 3 pumps sugar free vanilla
x steamed almond milk
x extra pumpkin spice topping
