4 Tips on How to Maintain Long (& HEALTHY) Hair

GUIDE TO KEEPING YOUR HAIR LONG, SHINY, & HEALTHY!!! (with or without extensions

Hi YOU GUYS!!! I get tons of questions about my hair - what products I use, how I maintain my long hair & especially how I keep it long without it all breaking off!

I'm so excited to share with you guys a few tips & products I think are the best for those long locks of yours!

1. REGULAR TRIMS (obvi, but is crucial!!!)

Especially those of you who own extensions!!! Go in more often as they tend to damage your hair. Chop all of those dead ends off if you have to! It can suck, but is so so important!!

2. WEEKLY DEEP CONDITION

Super important not to do this too often as your hair will get greasy & gross if you do that!!! But once a week or every two weeks get your hair some moisture!!! (Will attach product I use below).

3. USE A GOOD HEAT PROTECTANT

Heat protectant is so so important!!! I know there is lots of good ones. Find one that works for your hair & use it when your hair is damp out of the shower (don't forget!!).

^ These are some of the strengthening products I love & recommend!!! The Hydrating Coconut Oil from Marc Anthony is the one I was mentioning above for a good deep condition!!!

4. DON'T WASH YOUR HAIR EVERYDAY (EVERY FEW DAYS FOR THE BEST)

It sounds so funny to say don't wash your hair for a few days, but honestly it's the best thing you can do for your hair to avoid greasiness & damaging your beautiful hair! I have also been using the Marc Anthony shampoo & conditioner lately (I will attach below!)
