Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalowsr

Hi friends!!!

So excited to share the hotel - Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows in the heart of Paradise Valley (Scottsdale) Arizona! Jess, Erin, and I all got the chance to enjoy the resort & bungalows on a little staycation for a few days this past week and it was so much fun! Sharing all the photos, videos and details below! Also have attached my vlog of the whole stay! Enjoy xx

Okay gotta start with our cute little BUNGALOW! Not very little though, it was HUGE! Loved having it vs. a regular hotel room, way more space!

BUNGALOW

The photos above were just ONE side of our bungalow - we also had another room of photos, additional closet space, fridge/pantry area, another outdoor patio area, AND another bathroom. All the photos below!

POOL

My favorite part of staycations is always the pool. I mean if I can’t lay out and have a Pina Colada why am I even there? ;) The Andaz pool is super simplistic but modern & relaxing! We spent most of our time in the cabana since it’s blazing hot here in AZ. We had great service, the pool server must have known how big of a deal Pina Colada’s & Chips / Guac are to me ;).

NIGHT CAP

We loved chilling at night and grabbing drinks at Weft & Warp the hotels bar & restaurant! My all time favorite drink was the “Prickly Pear” and these girls favs was the “Apple of my Eye” So make sure to check those good ones out for suuureee!

MORNING ROUTINE x YOGA & BREAKFAST

Ok SO COOL. The Andaz has Yoga every morning out on the lawn and it’s incredible!!! Made our staycation feel even more relaxing. Such a good way to start our mornings and of course breakfast after cause I’m always in the mood for food!!!! LOL. The Eggs Benedict was so great, also the Omelet!!!

DINNER AT WEFT & WARP

Okay ya’ll I gotta say we got SPOILED at Weft & Warp the Andaz hotel restaurant. Not only was the food so yummy, but we got to personally talk with the chef and she surprised us with the restaurants most popular dishes!!! So I am here to report my fav’s for ya’ll!!!

APPS x

We started off with drinks of course (gotta love my Prickly Pear). Then got to try the poke, burrata & bread, and the compressed watermelon salad.

My favorite was the burrata & bread, and then the poke - soooo yummy and super fresh!

MAIN COURSE x

Drooling just looking at this food again!!!! Steak, roasted cauliflower, market price / sea bass, scallops & pesto pasta.

Roasted cauliflower is AMAAAZZEEE. Also the pesto pasta ahhh! Gotta get them, you won’t regret it!

DESSERT x

Homemade strawberry ice cream, honeycomb, and forgot the name of the last one but it was another strawberry one!

Most importantly though you guys gotta remember the homemade strawberry ice cream. Usually not a strawberry ice cream gal (actually usually hate strawberry ice cream lol), but this is incredible!

Needless to say, we had such a great time enjoying the Andaz Resort & Bungalows. I definitely recommend staying here for your next stay or staycation in Scottsdale, and I hope to be back soon!
